Orders, Customization & Artwork

Custom and imprinted products are final upon your approval of proofs and commencement of production.
Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to order confirmation and may incur fees.
We strive to match colors and dye lots, but cannot guarantee exact matches due to vendor variation.

Payment, Pricing & Taxes

Payment terms are specified in quotes or invoices; prices are subject to change until confirmation.
Shipping, taxes, and any setup fees will be disclosed before checkout

Shipping & Risk

Shipping dates are estimates; delays due to carriers are outside our control.
Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Defects

Custom products can only be returned if proven defective. Issues must be reported in writing and with photo and/or video proof within 15 days.
Blank (non-imprinted) products may be returned in original condition according to our restocking policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of goods purchased. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Nebraska law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Douglas County.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the site are owned by Merch2Market. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
